❗️Oczko. His left eye has come out. His right one needs help too.
Oczko rests his little paw on the glove of the person holding him during the examination. Above it you can see a face that is hard to look at for long. His left eye has come out of its socket. In the right one, the vet found a subconjunctival haematoma. The injuries affect both eyes. And yet this cat is only just beginning to discover the world.
He was caught on allotments. That is how he ended up at the clinic and in our care. With injuries he had no chance of coping with on his own. He needed someone to take him away from there. Now he needs us through the next stages of treatment. And he really needs you.

Oczko has been prescribed an antibiotic, eye drops and supportive supplements. The tests for infectious diseases came back negative. That is good news. We really needed it, because with so much difficult information, even one piece lets you breathe a little. But his damaged eyes and the need for further help still remain.
It won’t end with one examination. Oczko needs an urgent ophthalmology consultation. A specialist must assess the injuries and the options for further treatment. Ahead of us are diagnostics, medicines, check-ups and possibly surgery, if it turns out to be necessary. And between visits, daily care, giving supplements, feeding and keeping an eye on how the little cat is coping with treatment.

We want Oczko to have people by his side even when he is no longer at the top of our profile. When more urgent calls come in, more cats, more stories. His treatment will still last as long as he needs. That continuity of help is exactly what we are raising money for.
So many times you have helped us get animals through the hardest time. Later you looked at their photos and wrote that it was hard to believe it was the same cat. Behind every such change were also your donations. Your decision to stop for one animal and contribute to its treatment.

We would really love to show you such a change in Oczko one day too. To tell you that instead of another visit he has play, peaceful sleep and getting to know his home ahead of him. Today, however, he still needs treatment. That is what we must focus on, and that is what we ask you to support.
Give 5, 10 or 20 zł for him. If you can give more, support him with a larger amount. Pass his story on so that we can raise funds for the next stages of help.
We can’t promise Oczko how much of the world he will see. We can do everything to make sure he gets the treatment he needs and still has many reasons to discover that world.
Help us fight for him. ❤️
