Alert for this little one. We wanted to give donkey Oscar today, but we begged the trader for an advance for Friday – when we showed him pictures of Rusty, he did not discuss.

She was given priority.

Very urgent!
Alert for this little one. We wanted to give donkey Oscar today, but we begged the trader for an advance for Friday – when we showed him pictures of Rusty, he did not discuss.

She was given priority.
Rusty had her master.
She is only 7 months old.
And death stands over her and won’t leave.

When this little one got sick, there was no one to help her. She passed parvovirus. This much we know. The caretaker in the Philippines had nothing to treat her for. Barely alive, he handed her over to one of the women, Mercy, who we work with.

Mercy called our activist Janice at night. Janice was still with her before dawn. We were afraid if Rusty would live.

But Rusty is alive.
He is eating and drinking.
He is trying to get up.
He has a tremendous will to live.

We are – meaning our Janice – just at the vet. Rusty has had tests done and has been given a diet for the first period.
Mercy can’t afford to pay for anything and is begging us for help.

We threw together today at the foundation among ourselves to pay transportation – but for this there is a clinic, treatment and medication for the little one.

We beg you to join in!

Without money, no one there will treat Rusty.

And this has already been done.
Only the second such blow will not survive.
It’s a matter of hours, maybe days.

If you can only tell someone about her, I beg you to do it.
